Florina Mariana Olteanu

Florina graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest in 2005 and she has a Master Degree in Business Law, University of Bucharest (2005 – 2006). She is a senior lawyer of Fine Law – Patrascanu & Associates dealing with corporate, labour, contracts and compliance and regulatory matters. Prior joining the Law Firm, she worked as attorney at law at Konecna & Safar SCA, from September 2007 to August 2010, attorney at law at Midocar Consulting from December 2006 to September 2007, attorney at law at Sova & Partners SCA, 2006. She speaks English fluently.

Florina advises clients on regulatory issues, corporate transactions and on all aspects of corporate law. Her main area of expertise is in drafting and negotiating all types of contracts (commercial contracts, labour contracts, investments contracts, management contracts, memorandum of understanding, agency contracts ).
