Dana Isaroiu

Dana graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Bucharest in 1998. She is one of the founding partners of Fine Law – Patrascanu & Associates. Prior joining the Law Firm, she was Senior In-house Counsel of Romtelecom from July 2004 to August 2005, Chief Legal Consultant for La Dorna SA, from March 2003 to July 2004, and Associate Attorney for Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn, PLLC in Bucharest, from January 2000 to March 2003. She specializes in corporate commercial, merger & acquisition, and regulatory matters. She speaks English fluently.

Dana has over 11 years of professional experience. These many years of continuous experience assures that she understands the issues that arise in major projects and can provide the solutions to resolve these issues

Dana specialises in advising clients operating in food and beverages sectors. Her main areas of work include: commercial agreements, regulatory and competition law, day-to-day counselling and litigation and dispute resolution. She has also been involved in mergers & acquisitions transactions, as well as corporate reorganisations.
