Cristian Ianca

Cristian graduated from the International Business Faculty of the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest in 1997 and also from the Law Faculty of Ovidius University of Constanta in 2003. He obtained his PhD in International Business in 2008 with the thesis “Tax Management in Multinational Enterprises”. Cristian is an expert accountant, tax consultant, financial auditor and insolvency practitioner, certified by the Romanian professional bodies. He speaks English and French fluently.

Cristian has also an extensive management experience, holding for 10 years CFO positions with Dubai Ports World Constanta, Sammarina Group Constanta and CEO positions with Winmarkt Ploiesti and SOCEP Constanta. He is knowledgeable of various industries such as ports, real estate and retail. His work experience includes: setting up and organizing finance and accounting departments, financial planning and analysis, cash management and project finance, tax management and compliance, company restructuring.

Cristian specializes in tax, providing assistance and consultancy to clients regarding issues of tax risk management, transfer pricing, transaction structuring and financing etc.
