Our experience includes

• Credit and investment agreements (loan agreements, lender facility agreements, equity support agreements, bilateral agreements)
• Collateral security agreements (mortgages, lease financings, general security agreements, pledges)
• Agreements related to the development of projects (structuring relationships between multiple project participants through development agreements, partnerships, operating and maintenance agreements, shareholder agreements, procurement and construction agreements, and project management agreements)

• Representing an local airline operator in financing the engine refurbishment of three of its aircrafts, including advising on structuring the financing and related security package
• Representing a major water meter company in refinancing its debt exceeding EUR 8 millions
• Representing a mill and bakery producer in financing its expansion plan amounting EUR 19 millions
• Assisting a private equity fund in a leverage buy out of a real estate investment amounting EUR 14 millions
• Assisting a real estate developer in restructuring its debt, including but not limited to assistance in negotiations and reviewing the correspondence and related agreements drafted by the bank
